Blue Devil Report Player of the Week: Kyle Singler
Kyle Singler had a phenomenal game against Wisconsin, scoring 28 points and 6 rebounds. He shot 10-17 and 1-4 from downtown. He played 40 minutes and without him, Duke wouldn't have been in the game against Wisconsin. Against St. Johns, Singler played 39 minutes, scored 17 points on 6-18 shooting and 1-3 from downtown. He also grabbed 9 rebounds. He didn't shoot as well against St. Johns, but he made some shots and did well on the glass. Kyle Singler is a pre-season first team All-American. And if Duke wants to make a long run in March, Singler needs to keep scoring, but by taking less shots.
